Our Values

At Chatham, we believe that our values are a foundational element to who we are as a company. Like many companies we have done the work to articulate our values. In hindsight, the articulation of the values was the easy work. The hard work is the ongoing debate and discussion to ensure that we are living them out.

We believe that everyone at Chatham has a responsibility to ensure that we are all living out the values. None of us are able to live them out completely and we may violate them without even knowing it. Continually aligning ourselves to these values and affirming and challenging each other is the process that strengthens the entire organization through better understanding of these values, and this is often confirmed from those who get to know us and spend time with us.

Our values are rather common and simple…

• Act with honesty and integrity
• Respect each individual
• Do excellent work
• Work together
• Build long-term relationships

but the complexity comes in continually ensuring that we live them out in all our work with clients, service providers, fellow employees…and everyone we interact with everyday.
