Our People

Chatham has benefitted from assembling a talented team with diverse backgrounds and traits. Our diversity represents our strength-former traders, fighter pilots and attorneys are just sampling of the individuals that make up our team. Over 20 nationalities are represented and over 20 languages spoken. Our degrees range from Ph’Ds in Mathematics to Masters in Architecture to Bachelors in Philosophy, engineering and economics along with numerous MBAs.

Individuals join Chatham from Fortune 500s, the Big Four and start up ventures. While diverse in our backgrounds we are united in our common passion for excellence in client service and dedication to Chatham’s values and approach to thrilling our clients.

While we take our work very seriously, we try not to take ourselves too seriously. We have created a culture that will move heaven and earth in the best interest of our clients, yet one where camaraderie, collaboration and laughter enhance our ability to deliver the excellence that has led to our long term client relationships.

Because we believe that the integration of our various areas of expertise (e.g. accounting, trade execution, risk analysis, capital advisory, technology, etc.) provides the best service to our clients, we organize ourselves to encourage teamwork, cross talk, ideas and holistic problem solving. Internally, hierarchy is viewed only as a tool to deliver excellent service and therefore, the less the better.
